At Marivelle Home, we want you to love your space; if a piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unused condition to ensure a seamless processing experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned décor, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
